About me

I currently work as postdoc in School of Mathematics of University of Edinburgh.

I have been working since 5 years as a scientific researcher: I have knowledge of machine learning and data science, I have developed algorithms for statistical physics and I am an expert in Monte Carlo methods.

Software

Thermodynamic Analytics ToolkIt

This software is developed in collaboration with Alan Turing Institute for Data science.

The program is based on TensorFlow and it allows to train neural networks using thermodynamics. Coming soon!

DFM

Python based code using diffusion-map directed sampling to explore the Boltzmann distribution. It uses Openmm for molecular dynamics simulation. Currently under development.
