I am an Associate Professor (=Reader) of Optimization at the University of Edinburgh, currently on leave at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), where I hold an Associate Professor position in Computer Science. My research interests are in all areas of data science that intersect with optimization, including algorithms, machine learning, statistics, operations research, mathematics and high performance computing.
