About the workshop

An half-day workshop on Quasi-Newton Methods (Wed 9th Nov 2022 in the afternoon) will consist of several presentations by leading researchers in the field, with the aim of promoting an exchange of ideas to advance the state of the art in this area.

Location

The workshop will be held at the Maths Seminar Room 5323,
fifth floor of the James Clerk Maxwell Building, King's Buildings, EH9 3FD, Scotland.

Accommodation

Although this is a half-day event, if you would like to stay overnight, there are many B&B accommodation options in the proximity of King's Buildings and/or between King's Buildings and the city centre. Here are a few examples:

Participation in the workshop is free of charge, but you are required to register if you wish to attend in person or receive a zoom link to the talks. We plan a social dinner after the workshop. Its cost is expected to be about 40 GBP per person, please tell us if you'd like to join. Please complete this form.
