The cost of the dinner will be wholly or partly subsidised from the
conference funds, depending on their availability. The restaurant requires us to pre-order
food. If you wish to partake of the dinner, please email the Organizer by
Friday 31 August the latest your choice of the first, second and third course
from this menu. There is a vegan option for each
course. Please also let the Organizer know if you have any further dietary
requirements. If you have agreed to partake
but then need to cancel, please let the Organizer know at least the day before
the dinner. For any cancellation on the day, the restaurant will charge us
£50 per person not coming.
Accommodation
will be provided to the speakers, but other participants would need to make
their own arrangements. York is popular with tourists, particularly in
September. If you wish to stay overnight, early booking is recommended.
