The cost of the dinner will be wholly or partly subsidised from the conference funds, depending on their availability. The restaurant requires us to pre-order food. If you wish to partake of the dinner, please email the Organizer by Friday 31 August the latest your choice of the first, second and third course from this menu. There is a vegan option for each course. Please also let the Organizer know if you have any further dietary requirements. If you have agreed to partake but then need to cancel, please let the Organizer know at least the day before the dinner. For any cancellation on the day, the restaurant will charge us £50 per person not coming.
Accommodation will be provided to the speakers, but other participants would need to make their own arrangements. York is popular with tourists, particularly in September. If you wish to stay overnight, early booking is recommended.
