Adrián Doña Mateo awarded Robertson Medal

First-year PhD student Adrián Doña Mateo has been awarded the Robertson Medal for Science, Engineering and Technology by the Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland. The medal recognizes Adrián as the outstanding science candidate in this year's competition for a Carnegie PhD scholarship. His proposal was on the topic of "Magnitude Homology", combining aspects of category theory, metric geometry and algebraic topology. The medal will be awarded at a ceremony at a later date.
