Bit Meaning 0 Row scaling. 1 Column scaling. 2 Row scaling again. 3 Maximum. 4 Curtis-Reid. 5 0: scale by geometric mean.
1: scale by maximum element.
7 Objective function scaling. 8 Exclude the quadratic part of constraint when calculating scaling factors. 9 Scale before presolve. 10 Do not scale rows up. 11 Do not scale columns down. 12 Global objective function scaling. 13 RHS scaling. 14 Disable aggressive quadratic scaling. 15 Enable explicit linear slack scaling.
