* Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.

Each registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Luncheons
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception
Only the last two are for accompanying persons.

Registrations will be done through ICMS. The registration process consists of one or two steps, depending on whether you are a student or not.

Students
Filling the first form already completes your registration.

Regular participants
After having filled the first form, please click on the link at the bottom of the page. This will guide you to the payment form for the registration fee. For that, you will have to set up an account with the Universities payment system ePay.
