TRAVEL
Detailed travel information can be found here. Note that the train station is not in the town centre, and is about 30 minute walk from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences. Good options are either to take a taxi or one of the several buses to the city center followed by bus C4 to Madingley Road.

Be advised that the most convenient airport is Stansted, followed by Heathrow (Gatwick is considerably further). Please note also that Monday 9th April is a Bank Holiday (national holiday) so trains and other public transport will be working on a reduced schedule (see here for train timetables)

FUNDING
For those for whom we are able to support travel expenses, please book this yourself while being as economical as is reasonable. There will be forms available to claim during the workshop. There is no restriction as to which airline carriers may be used.

For those for whom we are able to support accommodation expenses, please give your dates to the organisers by March 1st.

We are not expecting to fund further local expenses for non-speakers. If this causes a problem that would prevent attendance please contact the organisers.

LUNCH
There are two main lunch options. The most flexible and chepest is the cafeteria at the CMS. The second is dining hall at Wolfson Court, Girton College. This is adjacent to the CMS on Clarkson Road (map).

Speakers are invited as guests of the workshop to lunch Wolfson Court and need only give their name at the checkout. Other participants will need to notify the organisers if they wish to use Wolfson court, and then obtain a card from the porters lodge which can be loaded with credit (which is refundable if unused)
