Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided at Pollock Halls, an accommodation on campus which belongs to the University of Edinburgh. Pollock Halls is quite an extensive area, so please make sure beforehand that you know where exactly the recpetion is.
Pollock Halls is 15-20 minutes walking from ICMS, a very nice walk in a very safe neighbourhood.
Laureates will be paired up in double rooms.

Check In and Out

Check In from 3.00pm and Check Out by 10.30am.
 

Keys

Keys lost or not returned will need to be replaced and charged to the event account at a cost of £10.00 per key. If a lock change is required, this will incur a further £25.00 charge to the event account.
 

Internet Access

All our accommodations have free Wi-Fi internet access throughout. Details will be provided on check in.
 

Breakfast

A self-service breakfast is available daily in the ground floor restaurant within the John McIntyre Conference Centre (JMCC) from 7.30am to 10.00am. The restaurant will close 30 minutes after the last service, when all guests will need to vacate.
 

Health and Safety

Please read the health and safety guidelines and report any issues experienced throughout the stay at reception. We will then have the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have on the day.
