I am postdoc at School of Mathematics of University of Edinburgh. My main research interests are numerical methods for stochastic differential equations with applications in molecular simulations and statistical physics; Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods and dimension reduction techniques. I am also interested in machine learning and Bayesian inference.
I obtained MSc degree in applied mathematics at Vienna University of Technology in Austria. During my masters, I spent one year studying pure and applied mathematics at Ecole Polytechnique in France. I obtained PhD degree from University of Grenoble in France while working at Inria and collaborating with CERMICS laboratory of Ecole des Ponts in Paris. My PhD thesis can be found here.
