 Title: A proof of de Saint Venant's inequality using sharp estimates for Hankel

 Abstract: Given a cylindrical object, de Saint Venant's inequality provides a relation
           between the torsional rigidity and the area of the cross-section associated to
           such object. In this talk we present an operator theoretic proof of such
           an inequality
