Packages

To compile the example you will need the minimal set of packages described below. I assume that you use LaTeX2ε within a reasonable (and up-to-date) distribution. You can find everything listed here in the CTAN archive.

• the foils class, part of the (optional) foiltex package written by Jim Hafner
• the color style file, part of the (required) graphics package written by David Carlisle
• the hyperref package written by Sebastian Rahtz
• the ppower4 Java post-processor written by Klaus Guntermann
