AdS/CFT and Integrability

Edinburgh

Friday March 14-th, 2008

This is a meeting of the Classical and Quantum Integrability seminar organised by the Universities of Glasgow,
Leeds, Loughborough and the Edinburgh Mathematical Physics Group (Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt) . The
meeting is partially funded by the London Mathematical Society.

The aim of the meeting will be to introduce the AdS/CFT correspondence and its connections with integrability.
It is aimed particularly at graduate students. Topics that will be touched on include the Bethe ansatz, finite gap
solutions on RxS3 and giant magnons.
