About the workshop
Solving convex optimization problems, whether generated directly or as sub-problems when solving non-convex problems, is the principal requirement in computational optimization. Ever-increasing problem size, particularly as a result of the growing importance and scale of data analysis, is driving the development of novel techniques for solving convex optimization problems using high performance computing systems. This workshop will consist of several presentations by leading researchers, with the aim of promoting an exchange of ideas to advance the state of the art in this area.Dates

Poster session
We invite researchers including PhD students to present posters with their recent research results. The poster should be A0 in size, and although either orientation is acceptable, landscape is preferred. Please would you send a draft of your poster (in pdf format) to Dr Rachael Tappenden before Monday 16th June.
There will be a small prize for the PhD student presenting the best poster at the workshop.
