Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship for Anna Lisa Varri

Congratulations to Anna Lisa Varri who has been awarded a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship for her project "NESSY – NEw Science from the phase space of old stellar SYstems", devoted to the study of the dynamics of globular star clusters. From September 2015 she will be based at the Institute for Astronomy (School of Physics and Astronomy) of the University of Edinburgh and will pursue her research activities in collaboration with Professor Douglas Heggie (SoM) and Professor Annette Ferguson (IfA). Anna Lisa is currently in the School on a Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 Research Fellow and a member of the Applied and Computational Mathematics Group.
