My research interests are in dynamical systems and differential equations, in particular with applications to mathematical biology and neuroscience; specific techniques include (geometric) singular perturbation theory, geometric desingularisation ("blow-up"), asymptotic analysis, and dimension reduction methods.
I am an RCUK Fellow in Modelling and Understanding Complexity.
