There are a number of opportunities for prospective students to visit the School of Mathematics throughout the year.
The University holds Open Days in June and September each year - see the link below for more details and information about booking a place.
During the Open Day there will be talks about studying with the School of Mathematics, as well as on practical issues such as accommodation and making your application. You will also be able to talk to lecturers and current students and find out more about studying here.
If you are offered a place, we will be in touch to invite you for a visit in the spring.
These scheduled visit days will introduce you to key members of staff, and give you the chance to see our teaching facilities and student accommodation. You will also meet current students, and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions.
While it's best if you can come to visit on one of the organised Visit Days, we know this is not always possible and we will do our best to accommodate you at other times – please get in touch to arrange a visit.
The main University page about visiting the University also has useful information about how to get here and where to stay, as well as maps which you could use for a self-guided tour.
