School of Mathematics Professor Jacques Vanneste, of the Applied Mathematics group, has been awarded a prestigious Leverhulme Trust Research Fellowship. Professor Vanneste has been funded for a research project entitled “Acoustic mixing in fluids”. The fellowship, of which approximately 100 are awarded each year, provides opportunities for mid-career academics to be relieved of their teaching and administrative duties.
